Heather Taziri-Blackham joined the External Affairs team in February. She focuses on digital equity initiatives for Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Heather brings passion and energy to this role and is excited to make new connections and enhance current relationships.
Tell us about yourself.
My name is Heather Taziri-Blackham and I have been with Comcast for 14 years. I began my journey with Comcast as a marketing and events intern and have had the opportunity to work with multiple functional teams and areas of expertise in my tenure with the company. I am joining the external affairs team after 10 years in an events and brand love role, where I loved helping our customers connect to Comcast and Xfinity in a meaningful way.
What excites you about your new position?
I have always been passionate about what Comcast does for our local communities. From watching Internet Essentials grow to witnessing the impact of the Comcast RISE program in our communities, I can’t wait to help this team with the incredible work they already do.
What do you do outside of work?
In my free time, I like to spend quality time with my toddler, husband, fur-babies, friends, and family, whenever possible. I also enjoy pottery, crafts, gardening, and baking.
