This Veterans Day, we honor Jeff Mlcoch, Comcast’s Vice President of Field Operations in Colorado, who proudly served his country. Jeff, a Navy veteran, joined Comcast in 1999 and has built a 25-year career at the company.
Jeff enlisted in the Navy in 1994, following a strong family tradition of military service. He served five years on the USS Vincennes, stationed in San Diego and Yokosuka, Japan. During his time in the Navy, Jeff completed four deployments as a damage controlman, serving as a fire marshal on the ship and training new sailors on how to fight fires.
Reflecting on his transition from military to civilian life, Jeff says his leadership confidence originated in the Navy, a quality he carried with him into his career at Comcast. In his current role, Jeff is responsible for technical operations across our Colorado footprint, helping to keep our customers connected to what matters most.
Jeff is especially proud of Comcast’s commitment to supporting the military community, including efforts to hire veterans and their spouses.
“I’m really proud of what this company has done to help veterans and their spouses build successful careers at Comcast,” said Jeff.
Comcast’s deep connection with the military community goes back to our founder, World War II Navy veteran Ralph Roberts.
We thank Jeff for his service and the integrity and leadership he provides at Comcast.
At Comcast, we’re committed to supporting and celebrating the military community—not just during Veterans and Military Families Month, but all year long.
