Comcast Services During Colorado Blizzard

Due to the severity of this storm, it’s possible Comcast customers in Colorado may experience service issues related to power outages. In most cases, Comcast services should be restored as power comes back on. In some cases, there may be damage related to high winds and fallen trees, and our technicians will work to restore services as quickly as it’s safe to do so.

Employee and customer safety are our top concern. Due to the severity of the storms and blizzard conditions, we are taking the extraordinary step of closing our Colorado Xfinity stores and suspending customer service appointments, excluding appointments in Pueblo and the mountain communities, for the remainder of the day in Colorado. We will work to reschedule appointments as soon as possible.
