Continued Focus on Customer Experience – Comcast Hires New Area Vice President of Technical Operations

As Comcast continues into 2019 with a laser focus on transforming the customer experience, Rasheedah Carr will be at the helm, leading the company’s technical operations across all of Colorado. She’ll be working to streamline processes and create consistency with a strong emphasis on delivering a reliable customer and employee experience to ensure people across Colorado can connect to what matters most.

Rasheedah has more than 18 years of experience in the industry and an impressive technical background. Throughout her 17 years at Verizon, she held various leadership and operational roles in New York and California.

Over the years, she’s proven to be a dynamic, performance-focused leader, who enhances the customer experience through workforce development, leveraging cross-functional partnerships and implementing targeted service improvement strategies.

“Rasheedah joined Comcast in 2017 as the Director, Customer Experience for the Houston Region, and we’re thrilled she’s joining the Colorado team as she continues to develop her career at Comcast,” said Chris Weeks, Comcast Mountain West Region Vice President of Field Operations. “With her process improvement, field operations and customer experience background, I am confident Rasheedah will be successful in her new role as our Colorado Area Vice President in helping us achieve great things for our company and our customers.”
