A Single Day, A World of Difference

Image

Every year, Comcast Cares Day brings together our employees, their families, friends and our community partners to volunteer and make change happen in local communities. This year in colorado, more than 5,200 volunteers completed a variety of service projects with over 40 different organizations across the state. Determined to make a difference, teams worked in snowy, cold weather at many project sites. A few teams even rescheduled their projects for the following weekend so they wouldn’t miss the opportunity to make an important impact at their community partner sites. Projects included landscaping, painting, building renovations, litter clean-up and more.

A celebration of our company’s year-round commitment to service, Comcast Cares Day has grown to become the nation’s largest single-day corporate volunteer event. This year marked the 15th annual Comcast Cares day and the achievement of more than 4 million service hours to improve nearly 7,000 projects in the U.S. and around the world.
